Item is new, sealed, in original box & only taken out of the box for photos.  The tube is still sealed.  Also, please note this isn’t “old stock.”  I don’t imagine they’ve expiration dates in this product (It Works! does put expiration dates on some products) but, I haven’t had this tube very long.  I kept forgetting to request a different product for the monthly auto-ship.
