but When buying from us the only thing you wish to have to do is sign your name on the delivery slip and experience our product!
1. We ship our
products by FedEx so delivery is fast and convenient for our
customers.On the other hand,please be aware that is some situations the FedEx may
bring the chair to the downstairs entrance of a buliding.The customer may need to move the chair upstairs on their own.
2. Our chair is
delivered in three boxes. One contains the main unit, one contains the
armrests and other one contains the Backrest.Please contact us if you do not receive all boxes.Be aware
that sometimes the boxes are delivered separately.If you have received only one box the second and the third should arrive the following aday.
using your new chair you simply install the chair with the tools
provided.An instructional video demonstrating chair assembly is
available on request.
