International Shipping Policies:

Flat Shipping Fee is charged on the International Shipments.

• Orders getting shipped to Canada , North & South America, Shipping fee is $15.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.

• Orders getting shipped to Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia Shipping fee is $20.00 and $10.00 for each additional item.

• Orders getting shipped to rest of the countries, Shipping fee is $26.00 and $15.00 for each additional item

Returns made because of Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will be able to send a return label in case of defective or flawed products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will be able to also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products should be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They should be returned within 30 days.
3) We will be able to not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will be able to not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 bussiness days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

Customs and Duties:

VitaGen is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department.
