We strive to ship your order the same day it is received. In the event that an item is backordered, Swanson Health Products will cover all additional shipping costs. Swanson Health Products accepts returns up to 30 days after the sale date. Buyer may receive a full refund for the item or replace the item at no charge if it is damaged. We pay the return shipping cost.
