1. All items may be returned for any reason within 60 days. All items may receive a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, or a partial refund will have to the item grow to be defective within 60 days of the purchase date.
2. If an item is received damaged, defective, or not received please contact us via email or eBay messaging within 7 day of receipt to submit a claim for a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, a partial refund or full refund of purchase price. Best Choice Products may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
3. All returned items might not be charged a restocking fee. Items returned will have to be in their original packaging and all accessories in the original shipment will have to be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number that allows you to be given by a Best Choice Products customer service representative when the return request is submitted.
4. All returns are shipped back to a Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. Please note that it is at the company’s discretion to come to a decision if the item may be returned to a Best Choice Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns is probably not accepted. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be mindful that the fulfillment timeframe is based on product availability.
