Britzgo has 90 day return allowance for refund. You have 90 days from the time you receive your purchase to return the item for a refund or exchange. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund but will gladly exchange up to 12 months from date of original purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in the original packaging to qualify for a return. All parts must be present to qualify for an exchange or return.
Q: Why Can I hear a Whistle sound when I use the Amplifier?
A: To properly insert the hearing amplifier please turn down to lowest volume prior to inserting into the ear canal. Even as there might be an initial whistling this will clear when the ear dome is as it should be fitted into the ear canal. There should be no space between the sides of the ear canal and the dome itself.
Q: What should I do if I hear no sound?
A: We recommend that you first try a new battery. After the new battery is installed try adjusting up & down the volume to see if there is any audible difference. If still not working please ensure the tube and ear dome are clean and not occluded by earwax or debris.
Q: My amplifier works well, but the volume is too low
A: Check that the volume cannot be turned up using the volume up button. The battery may be running out, try replacing with a new battery. Ensure that the ear tube and dome are clear of any ear wax and occlusions.
Q: My amplifier works but it is too loud.
A: Try adjusting the volume to its lowest level. If that does not work then you may have too good of hearing for the amplifier. Our amplifiers aren’t for everyone so if that is so then please contact us and we can arrange for a return and full refund.
Q: There is a disturbing noise in the the background that will not go away
A: The device may need more breaking in, we recommend following our Hearing recovery plan to get your brain used to the new sounds. If this does not help the matter the unit may be defective. We stand behind our product 100% so if that is so please contact us and a replacement unit will be sent ASAP.

Keep your amplifier in its case Even as not in use
It is extremely harmful to expose the device to magnetic and high frequency fields so please remove the amplifier before exposing to an X-Ray machine or MRI.
Do not leave your amplifier in direct sunlight Even as not in use
Do not go swimming with your amplifier on or expose to water.
Regular cleaning of the device with a lint-free cloth will help prolong its life.
Keep ears clean and free of wax
